White Dog Farm is set on 43 acres or
17 ha of partially cleared undulating
land. The land was originally used as forestry timber for saw mills. Once
depleted was then cropped for cereal crops such as oats.
The land now consists of a partially
established small vineyard consisting of Cabernet grapes as well as 400 olive
trees specifically chosen for their oils.
